Photogallery Texel Airport |
Texel Airport heeft ��n van de langste en sterkste grasbanen van Europa. De baan 22-04 heeft een lengte van officieel 1.115 meter. Van sloot tot sloot (obstakelvrij) is de lengte zelfs 1.235 meter. Daarnaast heeft het vliegveld ook nog een crosswindbaan, runway 13-31. Met 630 meter (sloot-sloot: 690 meter) is deze baan beduidend korter dan de 'lange' baan, maar bij harde noordwesten- of zuidoostenwind zeer welkom. |
In de loop der jaren is het Texelse vliegveld bezocht door zeer veel verschillende vliegtuigen. Hieronder volgt een selectie om een indruk te krijgen van wat voor soort vliegtuigen er op Texel terecht kunnen. Klik op de registratie voor foto's. |
